Valerie Knox, Reiki Master
Valerie is a certified Reiki Master and has been practicing various modalities of energy medicine for well over a decade. A gifted intuitive healer, Valerie has helped many people and four legged friends move through illness and instability to wellness and balance.
Val also offers insightful angel card readings to assist individuals in finding clarity, focus, peace and healing. Her studies with prominent intuitive card readers such as Doreen Virtue, Radleigh Valentine, and Tracy Smith, have helped shape her unique style of Angel card reading.
Additionally, Valerie has a bachelor’s degree in education from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s Degree in special education from SUNY Albany. She has been a teacher for over 30 years working with children and young adults from preschool to college. She uses her intuitive skills on a daily basis in both education and energy healing. She incorporates mindfulness, emotional regulation and yoga into her classroom experiences. She has completed trainings in Second Step, a social emotional learning program for young children and is also certified in Yogacize.
Valerie believes in a holistic approach to both education and healing and understands that we all have talents and abilities yet to be discovered and developed and to quote Louise Hay, “loving ourselves truly is our magic wand”.
