YOGA
A one hour private yoga session is customized to meet the individual needs of the client. Whether you want to de-stress,
work on poses (asanas) to enhance specific sports performance, increase flexibility, learn how to begin a yoga practice
or just to fit a yoga session into your schedule this is for you. Each session includes: breathwork, yoga poses (asanas)
and a guided visualization meditation suited to your needs.
Group Classes are scheduled in 5-6 week sessions. Call for current schedule
